プライバシーポリシー

うさもふ・エンターテインメント（以下「運営者」）は、iPhone用アプリ「どうぶつモルック」（以下「本アプリ」）と、公式サイト（https://usamofu-entertainment.com/、以下「本サイト」）で取り扱う利用者の情報について、次のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリで取り扱う情報

アカウント

Game Center のプレイヤー識別子、本アプリ内のアカウント識別子（UUID）、インストールごとの識別子
ご利用の端末の種類（iOS など）と、本アプリのバージョン

iOS では Game Center へのサインインが必要です。Game Center のアカウント名やメールアドレス、本名は受け取りません。

プロフィールとプレイの記録

利用者が付けた名前、選んだキャラクター・見た目・称号
ネット対戦の結果、レート、ランキングの順位、通算の成績、時間切れや通信の切断の回数
ひとりモードのカップの進み具合
ゴールドの残高、手に入れたアイテム、ゴールドの受け取りの記録
遊んだ日や、どのモード・アイテムを使ったかといった利用状況

国・地域

通信の接続元から推定した国・地域（国の単位まで）を受け取ります。GPS による正確な位置情報にはアクセスしません。広告サービスは、IP アドレスからおおまかな地域を推定することがあります。

本アプリは、利用者が広告を見る操作を選んだときに Google AdMob のリワード広告を表示します。広告 SDK は、IP アドレスとそこから推定されるおおまかな地域、端末の情報・識別子、広告の表示や操作の記録、クラッシュや動作性能の情報を、広告の配信・測定、不正防止、サービスの改善のために収集することがあります。本アプリでは全利用者に子ども向けの取り扱いを指定し、パーソナライズ広告を無効にし、広告コンテンツの最大レーティングを G に設定しています。広告識別子（IDFA）を送信しない設定を使用しますが、IP アドレスなど広告の配信に必要な情報の送信をすべて止めるものではありません。詳しくは Google のポリシーをご覧ください。

報酬を正しく付与するため、アプリ内のアカウント識別子（UUID）と報酬確認用の識別子を Google に送信し、Google から広告視聴の確認情報を受け取ります。

アプリ内購入と返金

ゴールドの購入確認、付与、返金への対応のため、Apple の取引識別子、商品識別子、ゴールドの数量、付与日時、返金の有無・日時、取引環境（本番・テスト）を、アプリ内のアカウント識別子と関連付けて記録します。購入確認には、Apple に渡す本アプリ用のアカウントトークンも使用します。お支払いは Apple が処理し、運営者はクレジットカード番号や銀行口座情報を受け取りません。

受け取らない情報

本アプリは、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、GPS による正確な位置情報にはアクセスしません。

2. 利用の目的

ネット対戦の相手探し、試合の進行、戦績・レート・ランキングの記録と表示
ゴールドやアイテム、カップの進み具合などを保存し、再インストールや機種変更後に同じ Game Center アカウントでサインインしたとき、サーバーに保存された記録を引き継ぐため
お知らせの配信
不正な行為の防止と、利用規約に反する名前などへの対応
アプリ内のアカウント識別子に関連付けた利用状況を記録・集計し、本アプリを改善するため（集計結果には個々の利用者を表示しません）
広告の配信と効果の測定、広告サービスの不正防止・改善、視聴報酬の確認と付与
アプリ内購入の確認、ゴールドの付与、返金への対応、重複付与の防止
お問い合わせへの対応

3. ほかの利用者に表示される情報

次の情報は、ランキングや対戦相手の画面に表示され、ほかの利用者が見ることができます。

名前、キャラクター・見た目・称号
ランキングの順位とポイント、国・地域の旗

本名や個人を特定できる情報を名前に入れないでください。

4. 外部のサービスの利用

本アプリと本サイトは、次の外部のサービスを利用しています。これらの事業者は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。

Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）	本アプリのサーバーと、本サイトの配信。情報はこのサービス上に保存されます。通信の記録として、IP アドレスなどが一時的に記録されることがあります。プライバシーポリシー

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリのサーバー処理・配信に必要な情報は、4. の項に記載したサービス上で処理します。広告・アクセス解析の事業者には、1. と6. の項に記載した情報が、それぞれの目的のために送信されます。また、利用者が設定した名前などは、3. の項の範囲でほかの利用者に表示します。法令上同意が必要な情報処理については、必要な同意を確認します。これら以外に情報を第三者へ提供する場合は、法令に基づく場合を除き、事前に利用者の同意を得ます。

6. 本サイトでの情報の取り扱い

本サイトでは、アクセスの状況を知るために Google アナリティクスを、広告の表示に忍者AdMax を利用しています。これらは Cookie やオンライン識別子などを使って、閲覧したページ、IP アドレス、ブラウザ・端末などの情報を収集することがあります。本サイトで本名の入力は求めませんが、識別子によって同じブラウザの訪問を関連付けられることがあります。Cookie はブラウザの設定で無効にできます。Google アナリティクスによる収集を止めたい場合は、Google アナリティクスオプトアウトアドオンをご利用ください。

7. 保存の期間と削除

以下は、運営者のゲーム用サーバーに保存する情報の取り扱いです。外部サービスが保有する情報は、4. の項に記載した各事業者のポリシーに従います。

個々のオンライン対戦記録と、お知らせによるゴールド配布の履歴は、原則90日間保存し、その後の定期処理で削除します。
通算成績、ゴールド残高、所持アイテム、称号、カップの進行、報酬の重複付与を防ぐための受取済み情報は、アカウントを維持する間保存します。
広告報酬の確認用記録は、確認期限と遅れて届く通知の受付期間が過ぎた後、定期処理で削除します。最後に広告報酬を受け取った日は、重複付与を防ぐため、アカウントを維持する間保存します。
購入・返金の取引記録は、同じ取引によるゴールドの重複付与を防ぐため、保存期限を設けず保持します。アカウント削除時には本アプリのアカウントとの関連付けを解除しますが、Apple の取引識別子、商品識別子、ゴールドの数量、付与・返金の記録、取引環境は残ります。

アカウントの削除時は、上記の購入・返金の取引記録と、以下の削除処理用の最小限の記録を除き、保存期間にかかわらず、アカウントと関連付く情報を削除または個人を識別できない形にします。個人を識別できない集計値は残ることがあります。

削除処理の再試行と古い認証の無効化のため、アプリ内のアカウント識別子と、認証用の識別子をハッシュ化した値などの最小限の削除記録を保持します。削除要求から30日を過ぎた完了済みの記録は定期的に削除し、未完了の記録は処理が完了するまで保持します。

本アプリの「せってい」→「アカウント」→「アカウント削除」から、確認画面を経て削除できます。通信できる場所で操作してください。削除が完了したらアプリ内でお知らせします。通信が途切れた場合は、同じボタンから再試行できます。削除すると、ゴールド・アイテム・称号・カップの進み具合・戦績などは元に戻せません。削除後、自動でアカウントを作り直すことはありません。Apple のアカウントや Game Center 自体は削除されません。アプリを操作できない場合などは、下記のお問い合わせ先にご相談ください。

8. お子さまの利用

お子さまは、保護者の方とこのポリシーを確認したうえでご利用ください。本アプリでは年齢を入力させず、広告には全利用者に子ども向けの取り扱いを適用し、広告の同意手続きには同意年齢未満の利用者向けの設定を適用します。広告の視聴は任意です。お子さまの情報の削除などは、保護者の方からもご相談いただけます。

9. このポリシーの変更

運営者は、必要に応じてこのポリシーを変更することがあります。変更した場合は、このページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Usamofu Entertainment ("we", "us") sets out below how we handle information about users of the iPhone app "Animal Mölkky" (the "App") and our official website (https://usamofu-entertainment.com/, the "Website").

1. Information the App handles

Account

Your Game Center player identifier, an internal game account identifier (UUID), and an identifier for each installation
The type of device you use (such as iOS) and the App version

Game Center sign-in is required on iOS. We do not receive your Game Center account name, email address or real name.

Profile and play records

The name you choose, and the character, look and title you select
Online match results, rating, ranking position, overall record, and the number of timeouts and disconnections
Your progress in the Solo mode cups
Your gold balance, the items you own, and records of gold you received
Usage information, such as the days you played and which modes and items you used

Country or region

We receive your country or region estimated from your network connection (country level only). We do not access precise GPS location. Advertising services may infer an approximate location from your IP address.

Advertising

The App shows Google AdMob rewarded ads when you choose to watch an ad. The advertising SDK may collect your IP address and inferred approximate location, device information and identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement. We apply child-directed treatment to all users, disable personalized ads and set the maximum ad content rating to G. We use a configuration that prevents transmission of the advertising identifier (IDFA); it does not prevent transmission of all information needed to deliver ads, such as IP addresses. Please see Google's policies for details.

To grant rewards correctly, we send your internal game account identifier (UUID) and a reward verification identifier to Google, and receive ad-view verification information from Google.

In-app purchases and refunds

To verify purchases, grant gold and handle refunds, we record Apple's transaction identifier, product identifier, gold amount, grant date and time, refund status and date and time, and transaction environment (production or test), linked to your internal game account identifier. Purchase verification also uses an App-specific account token sent to Apple. Apple processes payments; we do not receive your credit card number or bank account details.

Information we do not access

The App does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise GPS location.

2. How we use information

To find opponents for online matches, run matches, and record and show results, ratings and rankings
To save your gold, items, cup progress and other records, and restore server-saved records when you sign in with the same Game Center account after reinstalling or changing devices
To deliver notices
To prevent cheating and to deal with names and other content that break the rules
To record and analyze usage linked to your internal game account identifier and improve the App (aggregate results do not display individual users)
To deliver and measure ads, prevent advertising fraud, improve advertising services, and verify and grant ad rewards
To verify in-app purchases, grant gold, handle refunds and prevent duplicate credits
To respond to inquiries

3. Information visible to other users

The following information appears in rankings and on your opponents' screens, and other users can see it:

Your name, character, look and title
Your ranking position and points, and your country or region flag

Please do not put your real name or other personally identifying information in your name.

4. Third-party services

The App and the Website use the following third-party services. These companies handle information under their own privacy policies.

5. Sharing with third parties

Information needed to operate the App servers and deliver the Website is processed using the services in section 4. Advertising and analytics providers receive the information described in sections 1 and 6 for those purposes. The name and other information you choose to display are visible to other users as described in section 3. We obtain consent where required by applicable law. Other disclosures require your prior consent, except where required by law.

6. The Website

The Website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is visited and Ninja AdMax to show ads. These services may use cookies and online identifiers to collect information such as the pages you view, your IP address, browser and device. We do not ask you to enter your real name on the Website, but identifiers may link visits from the same browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Retention and deletion

The following applies to information stored on our game servers. Information held by third-party services is handled under the providers' policies listed in section 4.

Individual online match records and records of gold delivered through notices are normally retained for 90 days, then removed during scheduled cleanup.
Overall statistics, gold balances, owned items, titles, cup progress and markers preventing duplicate rewards are retained while the account is maintained.
Ad reward verification records are removed during scheduled cleanup after the verification window and the period for delayed notifications have passed. The most recent day you received an ad reward is retained while the account is maintained to prevent duplicate credits.
Purchase and refund transaction records are retained without a fixed expiry to prevent duplicate gold credits from the same transaction. On account deletion, we remove their link to your game account, but retain Apple's transaction identifier, product identifier, gold amount, grant and refund records, and transaction environment.

Except for the purchase and refund transaction records above and the minimal deletion receipts described below, account deletion removes or anonymizes information linked to the account regardless of these retention periods. Non-identifying aggregate figures may be retained.

Minimal deletion receipts, containing your internal game account identifier and a hashed authentication identifier, are kept to retry cleanup and invalidate old authentication. Completed receipts are removed on scheduled cleanup after 30 days from the deletion request; incomplete receipts are retained until cleanup completes.

In the App, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm the deletion. An internet connection is required. The App confirms when deletion is complete. If the connection is interrupted, retry using the same button. Deleted gold, items, titles, cup progress and match records cannot be restored. We do not automatically recreate your account after deletion. Your Apple account and Game Center account themselves are not deleted. If you cannot access the App, please contact us at the address below.

8. Children

Children should review this policy with a parent or guardian before using the App. We do not ask users to enter their age. We apply child-directed treatment to advertising for all users and an under-age-of-consent setting to advertising consent procedures. Watching ads is optional. Parents and guardians may also contact us about deletion of their child's information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy when necessary. If we do, we will post the changes on this page.
